Hi Jeanette,

I just wanted to send a little note to Thank You so much for taking the time to check and re-program my mother's hearing aid.

Felix was very instrumental in making us understand that there was something wrong with it, but because my mother lost her hearing suddnely, and idd not know what to expect from the aid, she never questioned it when it did not operate properly.

You did a great job programming it and she is quite pleased, On Sunday when we wnet to Church, she was sitting in the pew smiling and I remember thinking I wonder what she is so happy about. Then she leaned over and whispered to me that she could hear the rpiest giving the sermon. Well Jeanette, then I smiled too, bceause for a year and a half, she went to church with the hearing aid turned so low because the noise bothered her so very much. And now ofr the first time, she heard the priest, and even joined in the singing.

Now that iti programmed better, thanks to your expertise, she is slowly re-adjusting to the clearer sounds with better attitude.

So Thank You again from the bottom of my heart for helping us. Felix was right about you when he said you are one of a kind, wonderful, genuine, lady. I will be using your services for my mother's hearing needs in the future.
